At Kraft & Hunter we recognize that we are a service business that exists to meet the needs of our clients. We exist for our clients, not our clients for us. We recognize that there are no small problems to any of our clients. If a client feels that their question or issue is important enough to call or visit with us about, then it is an important issue to them. If we cannot meet our client's needs then we have no business having their business. We seek to treat each individual client as if they are the only client that we service.
We recognize that using the services of any legal counsel is potentially expensive. At the beginning of each case we candidly discuss potential costs of various options that can be pursued. Our job is to get the best results that we can get for our clients at the least cost. This can best be accomplished through educating our clients at the front end as to possible paths that can be pursued.
We feel that the key to any relationship is through communication. Without healthy communication any relationship will fail. As attorneys, we are not available every hour of every day but our paralegals generally are. Knowing that every problem that you have is a big problem, if we are meeting the needs of another client when you call, we will do our best to promptly return your call as soon as we are able.
We recognize that our best marketing is through satisfied clients. We regularly tell first time clients that our goal is to be able to represent them each step of the way in such a manner that upon the conclusion of their case they will be satisfied and will tell others of the high quality of service that we provide.
